The Human Experience is a free community gathering created to bring people together through meaningful conversation, personal reflection, and the shared experience of being human.

For our first online gathering, we'll be exploring The Courage to Be Seen.

What does it mean to truly allow ourselves to be seen? Why do we sometimes feel comfortable sharing certain parts of ourselves while keeping others tucked away?

Together, we'll explore authenticity, vulnerability, and the courage it can take to show up as ourselves.

Through thoughtful prompts, reflection, and open conversation, we'll make space to share our experiences, hear different perspectives, and discover the connections that exist between us.

This isn't a class or a workshop. It's simply an opportunity to slow down, connect, and experience the beauty of being human together.

You're welcome to share, journal, or simply listen. There is no pressure to participate in any particular way.

What to Bring: Please have a journal or some paper and something to write with nearby. We'll be exploring a few reflective writing prompts throughout our time together.

Everyone is welcome. No spiritual background or experience is needed.
